The Job

INKY is looking for a talented Head of Growth to plan and execute high-impact pipeline demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, verticals, and audience types.

  • Be a self-starter and willing to take ownership in a collaborative and inclusive manner.
  • Create messaging and content for all stages of the client journey, both pre- and post-sale, including presentations, email communications, datasheets, videos, talking points, and more.
  • Oversee the development, deployment and testing of marketing campaigns, emails, landing pages, and lead lists.
  • Understand customer personas, messaging, and product positioning.
  • Partner with sales, help engage and nurture top prospects and support sales activities.
  • Manage content marketing, email marketing, virtual/live events, advertising, SEO/SEM, sales enablement, websites, and more.
  • Strategize and execute effective account-based marketing programs and campaigns that meet the growth goals of INKY, with a strong emphasis on driving interest and pipeline in key accounts.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the program’s impact.
  • Test and deploy new channels and tools (e.g. virtual events, webinars) in an unprecedented market, adapting as needed.
  • Think creatively and contribute to the big ideas, while executing the tactics.

The ideal candidate has the following experiences, skills, working style, and credentials.
  • Demonstrate a strong bias for action by identifying problems/opportunities and working proactively to solve them, as well as managing complex timelines and dependencies.
  • Excited to work in an unstructured environment, can make decisions quickly, and juggle & prioritize several key tasks & projects.
  • Data-driven, metrics-focused, and proficient with extracting analytic insights to segment audiences to optimize efforts.
  • Energetic project manager with a strong ability to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work at all levels of an organization.
  • Has curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experienced using a diverse set of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Moz, WordPress, and Google Analytics, Salesforce, sales enablements such as Outreach or Sales Loft.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant disciplines.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation, preferably within SaaS companies and ideally in the cyber security space.
