Sales Engineer - Enterprise Accounts

INKY, the leader in next-generation anti-phishing solutions, is looking for a seasoned, overachieving Sales Engineer with a proven track record and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives.
You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as managing existing customers to ensure high renewal and to motivate upsell opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pre-sales solution demonstrations and proof of concept implementation
  • Support enterprise sales representative with solution selling into Fortune 2000 accounts
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the unique nature of our value proposition
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years work experience as a Field Sales Engineer supporting Fortune 2000 accounts in the Security Industry
  • Eligible candidates must be based in the NYC, Greater Washington DC, or Atlanta regions
  • Extensive experience deploying Office 365 and/or G Suite mail across multiple customers
  • Good working knowledge of email infrastructure and protocols (Exchange, SMTP, SPF, etc.)
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent strongly preferred
