Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Manager that can hit the ground running in a dynamic, quickly growing environment.

LOCATION

  • Headquarters/College Park, MD

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for INKY’s Salesforce instance owning all administrative functions.
  • Manage and administrate partner portal
  • Ensure proper sales processes are followed and effective at generating new leads, opportunities and ultimately, sales
  • Implement performance metrics using revenue and SalesForce.com data to drive quality activity and results
  • Track established sales targets and goals for the sales team and reporting results using SalesForce.com
  • Build and track marketing effectiveness outlined by VP of Marketing
  • Assist the VP of Sales with sales efforts per rep on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis as needed and position each member to achieve success.
  • Onboard new sales team members and ongoing training of existing team
  • Successfully implement new programs, processes, and tools with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Work closely with all departments within the company including: Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance.
  • Supporting overall productivity and efficiency of the sales and marketing departments by ensuring timeliness and quality control metrics are monitored.
  • Identifying, developing, and implementing key improvements to our internal sales processes and procedures.
  • Identifying, quantifying and working to resolve issues and pain points for our sales team
  • Managing, maintaining and launching new initiatives as we expand the scope of the sales team
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Ops or other relevant roles in software sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience with Salesforce:

    • Expert with Reports & Dashboards
    • Proficient with Salesforce automation using workflow rules, process builder and flow
    • Proficient with User Roles, Profiles and Permissions
    • Proficient installing and configuring 3rd party packages
    • Proficient using Data Loader
  • Preferred to have of competent understanding of sales & marketing tech solutions, such as:
    • Marketing Automation – HubSpot or similar
    • Sales Enablement - Outreach
    • Preferred to have Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Trailblazer Ranking of Ranger
  • Solid understanding of modern, technology driven sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to translate high-level sales strategies into system and process requirements.
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to extract key business insights through data analysis.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate successfully in a growing start up environment that is fast paced and has the confidence and ability to wear many hats.
  • Interest and aptitude for understanding the cybersecurity industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple groups with a positive and open attitude.
  • Thrives in a rapidly changing environments.
