INKY Technology Names Roger Kay as Vice President of Security Strategy

College Park, MD – December 15, 2020 – INKY Technology Corporation, a pioneer in next-gen email phishing protection, today announced that Roger Kay, former Vice President of Client Computing at IDC, will be joining the leadership team as Vice President of Security Strategy to enhance the company’s product and market strategies, including competitive assessment, forecasting, and market positioning.

Kay founded Endpoint Technologies Associates, Inc., an independent technology market intelligence company providing research, consulting, analysis services, and written products to information technology vendors, investors, and users. Previously, he served as an advisor for the Trusted Computing Group (TCG), a non-profit organization formed to enable secure computing through open standards and specifications.

Formerly, Roger was the Vice President of Client Computing at IDC, where he was responsible for covering technological, market, and competitive developments related to desktop and portable personal computers. Before that, he was the director of operations at ILA, a developer that created multilingual text processing software for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Kay will be tasked with growing the market share of INKY’s cloud-based email security solution, INKY Phish Fence, which uses computer vision, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to prevent phishing attacks and provide organizations with unparalleled security against email fraud.

Kay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Music and Psychology from Bennington College.
